Jacki Hertenstein
Jacki Hertenstein is the Chief People Officer responsible for leading the people function and culture for Tricentis. A seasoned executive, Jacki has over 20 years of experience in technology at startups, scaleups, and publicly traded technology companies. She is a hands-on leader with a passion for building and scaling global teams.
Jacki joins Tricentis from Pindrop, where she built the human resources function from the ground up and implemented all global HR systems, talent management, and leadership development programs. Prior to Pindrop, she built the human resources function at AirWatch, which grew from $1 million in revenue to over $100 million in just over two years before being acquired by VMWare. Earlier in her career, Jacki held senior HR positions at Manhattan Associates, a publicly-traded software company.
