Dr. Grigori Melnik

Dr. Grigori Melnik is Chief Product Officer responsible for leading Tricentis’ Product and R&D efforts. A seasoned product executive, Grigori has over 25 years of experience in technology innovation, product/portfolio strategy and management, software engineering and research at raw startups, scaleups, top technology enterprises, academia and governments. He is a hands-on leader with a passion for product innovation, software craftsmanship, building highly effective teams and learning.

Prior to joining Tricentis, Grigori held leadership positions at MongoDB, Splunk, and Microsoft. He is an internationally recognized expert and speaker on agile methods, software ecosystem development, operational and business intelligence, test-driven design, and software testing. Grigori is an open source enthusiast and contributor. He has authored eight books and numerous publications, is a named inventor on a U.S. patent and has been recognized with NSERC, the Microsoft Gold Star, the Environmental Sustainability Action Award and multiple other awards. For over a decade, he has been an Associate Editor-in-Chief and a Member of the Advisory Board of the IEEE Software magazine.
